The Problems of Traditional Media
Offline media always has less coverage compare to online media. Example, newspaper has hundreds of thousand media, but Google has ~20 Mil users in Malaysia.
If you advertise to promote certain product, only portion of audience may interested on your product. This makes your advertisement budget not fully utilized.
TV, newspaper, radio are always not cheap. Most of time, it spend you much of money for very short period of exposure.
Can't Measure KPI
You can't really know how many have actually read your advertisement and take action on your ads. This make you difficult to decide which media you should continue for better result.
