Web design and Jobs Policy

  • Development Policy

    Zoewebs reserves the right to decline projects that promote racism, pornography, or anything that is of objectionable contents.

    Websites created by Zoewebs should have the statement "Website designed by Zoewebs" (and possibly include a small Zoewebs logo) placed at the bottom of the homepage, unless specially requested to remove by customer.

    Zoewebs reserves the right to include in our portfolio any projects created or developed by us.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Zoewebs will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the projects that we developed.

    Zoewebs reserves the right to delay or stop any project development for any reason without liability. Zoewebs will notify the client immediately of any changes of project development status, and make appropriate arrangements. If a stoppage in development is caused by Zoewebs, the client will be refunded the deposit minus any billable hours.

  • Project Contents

    All digital and non-digital materials supplied by the client to Zoewebs for project development must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. Zoewebs is not responsible for copyright infringements found on these materials.

  • Cancellation of project development

    A request to cancel project must be made in writing to Zoewebs and include the signature of the authoritative client. Zoewebs will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request is made.

  • Pause in project development

    A request to pause project development must be made in writing to Zoewebs and include the signature of the authoritative client. The delay will not exceed a period of 30 days. Unless other arrangements are made between both parties, Zoewebs will assume any delay requested by the client that exceeds the 30-day period a cancellation, and hence will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the request to pause is made.

  • Amendment in project development

    When a client request to amend or revise designs which have previously been agreed/confirmed by the client, Zoewebs will charge for the number of hours accumulated. Unless the amendment is due to Zoewebs’ mistake, then the charge will be waived.

  • Job Acceptance

    For website projects, we will only publish the customer’s website when we receive confirmation from the customer. After the website is live, the website project is considered complete and the balance of payment should be received within 2 weeks from end date. Customer are given 1 month grace period, in which we will do any minor amendment or corrections for free. All the related passwords will be released to customer after payment has been received.
    For any other job, we will invoice the customer when the requested jobs are complete. The balance of payment should be received within 2 weeks after the invoice has issued. Customer are still given 1 months, in which we will do any minor amendment or correction for free.

  • Payment policy

    Unless other arrangements are made in writing between both parties, all projects at Zoewebs require at least 50% deposit prior to their initiation and the remaining due upon completion. Zoewebs owns all projects’ digital and non-digital assets created by Zoewebs until payment is received in full. Full payment is due upon project completion, and must be made by cheque or cash.

  • Failure in Payment

    Failure in payment for the website renewal will cause the website to shut down immediately after website expiry date. Customer has to bear the risk of losing the ownership of domain, hosting and website 1 month after website expiry date.
    For any website project, should customer fail to make payment 1 month after the website is live, the website will be closed down until payment is received.

  • Ads Policy

    Zoewebs is an advertising agent for Advertising media such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads. Hence, all ads policies are referring to

    Zoewebs reserves the right to include in our portfolio any campaign ran by us.

  • Limitation of Liability

    Zoewebsis not responsible for any sales result after advertising. Zoewebs will do our best to bring valuable traffic to customer’s website. Zoewebs will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the campaign that we developed.

    Zoewebs reserves the right to delay or stop any campaign for any reason without liability. Zoewebs will notify the client immediately of any changes of campaign status, and make appropriate arrangements. If a stoppage in campaign is caused by Zoewebs, the client will be refunded minus handling fee and advertisement cost that not yet been spent.

  • Payment policy

    Unless other arrangements are made in writing between both parties, all ads projects at Zoewebs require 100% payment prior to their initiation.Payment must be made in cheque, cash or bank transfer
